&lt;p&gt;Ligelizumab, humanised anti-IgE monoclonal antibody that belongs to the IgG1/&amp;kappa; isotype subclass, is currently in phase III clinical trials and was granted breakthrough therapy designation in US in Jan 2021.&lt;/p&gt;</Comment>
