FDA provides guidance on production of alcohol-based hand sanitizer to help boost supply and protect public health

Because of an increased demand for alcohol-based hand sanitizers, the FDA has issued 2 guidance documents outlining its policy for temporary manufacture of certain alcohol-based hand sanitizers. This guidance will be in effect for the duration of the public health emergency.
