Gabapentin for chronic pelvic pain in women (GaPP2): a multicentre, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial
RCT (n=306) found gabapentin did not result in significantly lower pain scores (mean change from baseline worst NRS pain score −1.4 vs. −1.2; p=0.47 and of average NRS pain score −1.1 and −0.9 for gabapentin vs. placebo respectively; p=0.45) and was linked to higher rates of ADRs
