Global prevalence of hepatitis C virus in women of childbearing age in 2019: a modelling study

This analysis provides global and national estimates of HCV prevalence in all women of childbearing age. In the UK, the estimated prevalence in 2019 was 0.15% (0.08-0.18%). Globally, the number of infections increased with age.
