GSK wins legal case over withdrawal effects of paroxetine after 13 years and £9.33m in costs

Group action in High Court by claimants over withdrawal problems with paroxetine has ended in victory for GSK. Judge ruled it was clear paroxetine claimants were “pursuing a case which was, quite simply, unarguable” and continuing litigation was “unreasonable to a high degree.”
