Help to Care Mobile App: Supporting care workers and carers to identify and prevent deterioration

This report summarises the implementation of a mobile app, Help to Care, which arms carers with the information they need to provide quality care in an easily accessible format. It contains 32 advice and guidance articles mapped to the relevant NICE guidance or standards.
