Hydroxychloroquine in patients with COVID-19: A Systematic Review and meta-analysis

Review of 3 studies (n=210) on viral clearance found no benefit of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) (RR 1.05, 95% CI 0.79-1.38) whilst a review of 3 other studies (n=474) found a significant increase in death with HCQ vs control (2.17, 1.32-3.57).
