Hydroxychloroquine with or without Azithromycin in Mild-to-Moderate Covid-19

In this study of hospitalised patients with Covid-19 receiving no or minimal supplemental oxygen (n=504), neither hydroxychloroquine monotherapy nor hydroxychloroquine plus azithromycin were associated with improvements over standard care only in clinical status at 15 days.
