Incidence, characteristics and risk factors for drug‐induced liver injury in hospitalized patients: A matched case‐control study
Study (156 570 hospitalised patients) found a drug‐induced liver injury rate of 0.32%. Anti‐infective agents, antineoplastic agents and NSAIDs were the major categories of drugs associated with drug induced liver injury, with the highest incidence being due to voriconazole.
