Incidence of neurodegenerative and cerebrovascular diseases associated with antihypertensive drug classes

Analysis of 34m health records noted drug classes confer differential risks of neurodegenerative & cerebrovascular (CB) diagnoses, with CCBs linked to higher incidence vs. renin-angiotensin system agents, and also to higher incidence of dementia & CB disease vs. diuretics.
