Review (40 forty studies; n=3764) found plasma exchange effective for severe AKI due to vasculitis . vs Whilst cyclophosphamide is standard induction treatment, rituximab and MMF were also effective. Azathioprine, methotrexate and leflunomide were effective as maintenance therapy
