Letter from the Chief Pharmaceutical Officer: NHS Discharge Medicines Service

The Chief Pharmaceutical Officer has written a letter to community pharmacy teams in England about the NHS Discharge Medicines Service. The letter includes information on the service, essential guidance and requirements for reporting. The service launched on 15th February 2021.
