Levonorgestrel‐releasing intrauterine system for endometrial hyperplasia
This review (13 RCTs; n=1657) found moderate-quality evidence that its use for 3-6 months is probably more effective than non-intrauterine progestogens at reversing endometrial hyperplasia in the short term (up to six months) and long term (up to two years).
