Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol reduction and statin intensity in myocardial infarction patients and major adverse outcomes: a Swedish nationwide cohort study
Study (40,607 patients followed for a median of 3.78 years) found that those with larger low density lipoprotein-C reductions (>1.85mmol/L) after MI had lower rates of CV mortality, secondary MI and ischaemic stroke vs those with smaller reductions (<0.36mmol/L).
