Management of non-culprit coronary plaques in patients with acute coronary syndrome

This review discusses the recent evolving concepts about management of non-culprit plaques in STEMI patients, proposing a diagnostic and therapeutic algorithm to guide physicians in clinical practice. Knowledge gaps that need addressing in future studies are highlighted.
