Manufacturers submit licence application to FDA for use of dexamethasone ophthalmic insert for of ocular itching associated with allergic conjunctivitis
The efficacy of dexamethasone ophthalmic intracanalicular insert for ocular itching was evaluated in four vehicle-controlled clinical trials (total n=323), with data finding improved ocular itching scores vs placebo at all time points, and a favourable safety profile.
