Maternal and fetal outcomes following exposure to duloxetine in pregnancy: cohort study

Data from cohort study nested in Medicaid Analytic eXtract for 2004-13 (n=1.3-4.1 million, depending on outcome) suggests duloxetine is unlikely to be major teratogen but may be linked to increased risk of postpartum haemorrhage and small increased risk of cardiac malformations
