May BNF/BNF for Children newsletter

A new drug monograph on trastuzumab deruxtecan has been added to the BNF and a new monograph on lurasidone hydrochloride added to the BNFC. MHRA advice on the increased risk of non-melanoma skin cancer and PML with bendamustine hydrochloride has also been added.
