Medication persistence on biological therapies prescribed for the treatment of chronic inflammatory arthropathies: a real-world data study

Retrospective cohort study (n=362 and 478 biological therapy lines) noted good long-term persistence (12-month rate 71.3% [341 of 478]). The most frequent causes of treatment discontinuation were therapeutic failure (47.6%) and adverse drug events (28.2%).
