Review of 7 cohort studies (n=34,029 biologic-treated;135,370 biologic-naïve) found biologics positively associated with melanoma in patients with IBD, rheumatoid arthritis or psoriasis vs. those on conventional systemic therapy, but differences were not statistically significant
