MHRA approves resumption of global COVID-19 prevention trial of hydroxychloroquine (COPCOV)

This placebo-controlled trial is being led by Oxford University’s Mahidol Tropical Medicine Research Unit in Bangkok and is aiming to enrol 40,000 healthcare workers & other at-risk staff around world to determine whether hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine can prevent infection.
