New measures to support development of safe COVID-19 vaccines for UK

Measures include reinforced safeguards to support MHRA to grant temporary authorisation for use of a new COVID-19 vaccine; expanding trained workforce to administer COVID-19 and flu vaccines and clarifying protection from civil liability for this additional workforce.
