NICE publishes draft guidance on mexiletine for treating myotonia in adults with non-dystrophic myotonic disorders for consultation

In DRAFT guidance, NICE does not recommend use of mexiletine for treating the symptoms of myotonia in adults with nondystrophic myotonic disorders, and does not require commissioners to continue funding treatment started in the NHS through an interim agreement.
