NIHR Alert: Interactive dashboard identifies patients at risk of unsafe prescribing in a flexible and sustainable way

Commentaries are provided on the Salford Medication Safety Dashboard (SMASH) web application. Authors’ state flexibility of SMASH meant each of the 43 GP practices could adapt use to suit their patients, staff & workflow, with the help of on-site pharmacists.
