NRLS national patient safety incident reports: commentary (September 2021)

Commentary interprets data from the national patient safety incident reports for England and covers the period April 2020 to March 2021. The number of incidents reported was 6.1% lower than the period from April 2019 to March 2020, and <4% incidents caused high degrees of harm.
