Olanzapine for Prevention of Vomiting in Children and Adolescents Receiving Highly Emetogenic Chemotherapy: Investigator-Initiated, Randomized, Open-Label Trial

RCT (n=240) found more patients given olanzapine (0.14 mg/kg/day during chemotherapy and for 3 days after) plus standard of care (SOC - aprepitant, dexamethasone & ondansetron) had a complete response (no vomiting or rescue medication) vs SOC alone (64% vs 38%, p<0.001).
