Omeprazole-Induced Subacute Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus

Man in 80s presented with 2-year history of a pruritic rash on trunk and arms, diagnosed as subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus. Medication review found history of omeprazole use beginning 1 month before onset, cessation of which led to marked improvement in rash after 1 month
