One‐year persistence of potentially inappropriate medication use in older adults: A population‐based study

This Canadian study found 25.1% of older adults were continually exposed to a potentially inappropriate medication for one year; most commonly antipsychotics (43.9%), long-acting sulphonylureas (40.2%), antiarrhythmics/ immediate‐release nifedipine (36.5%) and PPIs (36.0%).
