Outcomes Associated With Thiotepa-Based Conditioning in Patients With Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma After Autologous Hematopoietic Cell Transplant
This cohort study (n=603) found thiotepa-containing conditioning regimens were associated with higher 3-year progression-free survival rates than the BEAM regimen (75% for TBC and 76% for TT-BCNU versus 58% BEAM), suggesting use of BEAM should be avoided in these patients.
