People at high risk of diabetes fast-tracked into prevention programme

Developed in partnership with the NHS England Diabetes Prevention Programme, the ‘Know Your Risk’ online tool, will allow those who find they are at moderate or high risk of developing type 2, to self-refer to their local Healthier You Diabetes Prevention Programme in England.
