Pharmacogenomics of anti-cancer drugs: personalizing the choices and dose to manage drug response

This review discusses the existing knowledge related to the pharmacogenomics of anti‐cancer drugs and outlines areas of opportunity for further advances in personalisation of therapy in order to improve both drug safety and efficacy.
