Pharmacological profile and effects of mitotane in adrenocortical carcinoma

This review discusses new perspectives on mitotane pharmacology in order to improve the monitoring and efficacy in adrenocortical carcinoma. It also provides useful information for the development of new drugs with fewer adverse effects.
