Phase 3 Trials of Tirbanibulin Ointment for Actinic Keratosis

In two identically designed RCTs (total n=702) tirbanibulin 1% ointment (not yet licensed in UK) applied once daily for 5 days was superior to vehicle for treatment of actinic keratosis at 2 months but associated with transient local reactions & recurrence of lesions at 1 year.
