Prescribing in COVID‐19 patients: Should we take into account inflammation?

This article discusses emerging evidence for an impact of inflammation in Covid-19 patients on drug metabolism, via downregulation of cytochrome P450 enzymes, raising the question of whether this should be taken into account when prescribing CYP 3A4 drugs in these patients.
