Quadrivalent meningitis vaccine (MenQuadfi) approved in the US

The quadrivalent meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine, which is conjugated to tetanus toxoid, is approved for the prevention of invasive meningococcal disease in people aged 2 years. Ongoing trials are investigating use in younger infants. It is currently under review in Europe.
