RCT (n=702) found that twice weekly text reminders for taking medications did not improve aromatase inhibitor adherence rates (55.5% vs 55.4%), self-reported time to adherence failure (10.4% vs 10.3%) or site reported time to adherence failure (21.9% vs 19.9%).
