Analysis of 7,007 ticagrelor vs 14,014 clopidogrel‐treated patients, estimated a decreased risk of developing osteoarthritis with ticagrelor (HR 0.71, 95% CI, 0.64–0.79; P < 0.001) after median 5 years of follow‐up.
