Renin inhibitors versus angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors for primary hypertension
Review (11 RCTs, n= 13,627) reports that for the treatment of hypertension, low to moderate certainty evidence suggests renin inhibitors and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors do not differ for all‐cause mortality and myocardial infarction.
