DTB Republished case report: An unusually impressive atorvastatin-induced elevation of serum alkaline phosphatase

Based on case with ALP levels > 6x upper limit of normal, article concludes that common combinations of atorvastatin/simvastatin, antiplatelets (clopidogrel/ticagrelor) and calcium channel blockers, all metabolised by CYP3A4, may increase risk of drug-induced liver injury.
