Revised SPC: Aimovig (erenumab) solution for injection in pre-filled syringe- all strengths

SPCs revised to warn constipation is common undesirable effect and is usually mild/moderate in intensity. In majority of cases, onset was reported after first dose, however, patients have also experienced it later on in treatment. In most cases it resolved within 3-months.
