Revised SPC: Alutard Wasp Venom Maintenance

SPC updated to note Alutard SQ Wasp is not interchangeable with other venom immunotherapy products, but Aquagen SQ Vespula spp. or Pharmalgen Vespula spp. can be used in the up-dosing phase before switching to Alutard SQ Wasp for the maintenance phase.

SPS commentary:

Injection site hypertrichosis and 'local reactions' have been added as adverse effects, and new information has been added to the clinical efficacy and safety section.
