SPS commentary:
The SPC states that if visual and/or anatomic outcomes deteriorate, the treatment interval should be shortened accordingly. It no longer specifies that it should be shortened to a minimum of 2 months during the first 12 months. In the ARIES study, 62 of 269 patients received dosing more frequently than every 2 months at some point during the study, based on the investigator’s decision.
