Revised SPC: Gamunex (human normal immunoglobulin) solution for infusion

SPC now includes detail for treatment of severe acute exacerbations of myasthenia gravis as a new licensed indication.

Myasthenic crisis is an NHS England approved indication for human normal immunoglobulin, and no prior panel approval is required.
