Revised SPC: Kisplyx (lenvatinib) capsules

SPC now highlights, that in trials for use in differentiated thyroid cancer, Asian patients had a ≥10% incidence of peripheral oedema, hypertension, fatigue, PPE, proteinuria, stomatitis, thrombocytopenia, and myalgia than Caucasians.

SPS commentary:

Caucasian patients however had a higher incidence of diarrhoea, decreased weight, nausea, vomiting, constipation, aesthenia, abdominal pain, pain in extremity, and dry mouth.
