Revised SPC: Lonsurf (tipiracil/trifluridine) film-coated Tablets - all strengths

Updated with new indication of use with bevacizumab in adults with metastatic colorectal cancer who have received 2 prior anticancer treatment regimens including fluoropyrimidine-, oxaliplatin- and irinotecan-based chemotherapies, anti-VEGF agents, and/or anti-EGFR agents.

SPS commentary:

SPC now states that patients who wish to conceive a child should be advised to seek reproductive counselling and cryo-conservation of either the ovum or sperm prior to starting treatment.
