Revised SPC: Lopid (gemfibrozil) hard capsules and film-coated tablets

The SPCs have been updated to note concomitant use with rosuvastatin at 40mg is contraindicated (concomitant use with any dose of simvastatin already contraindicated); concomitant use with lower doses of rosuvastatin should only be used when the benefit outweighs the risks.
