Revised SPC: Xromi (hydroxycarbamide) 100 mg/ml oral solution

In section 4.2 the frequency of monitoring full blood cell count and target absolute neutrophil count has been changed. Additional information on overdose and the monitoring of blood counts has also been added to section 4.9.
