Revised SPCs: Imnovid (pomalidomde) hard capsules

SPC updated to note cases of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (including fatal) have been reported, several months to several years after starting treatment. Dosing must be suspended until it is excluded; if confirmed then it must be permanently discontinued.
