UK/US prospective cohort study, based on COVID Symptom Study smartphone application data (2,035,395 controls and 99,795 front-line health-care workers), reported increased risk of positive COVID-19 test in front-line health-care workers (adjusted HR 11.61, 95% CI 10.93–12.33).
