Rufinamide add‐on therapy for drug‐resistant epilepsy

The review (6 trials; n=1759) found rufinamide was effective in reducing seizure frequency when used as an add‐on treatment for people with drug‐resistant focal epilepsy. However, it was associated with several adverse events in the short-term; longer-term data are needed.
